Refund Policy
If Shovelready does not deliver what you purchased, or you cancel before an on-demand analysis is generated, we will make it right.
Who this policy is with
This policy covers purchases from Shovelready, operated by Shovelready Technologies Inc. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Advisory & Liability Notice.
Parcel Decision Package
A $299 Parcel Decision Package is refundable in full if you cancel before its completed reports are generated, or if we cannot deliver because the analysis fails, is materially incomplete, or the parcel or city is unsupported. Once completed reports have been generated and delivered, the purchase is generally non-refundable. Submit a request within seven days of purchase.
Subscriptions
Pro and Team subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues through the paid billing period; partial-month refunds are not normally provided. Unused monthly credits may roll into one additional billing period where the plan states that benefit. If you were charged after cancelling or a technical failure materially blocked access, contact us and we will investigate.
Pilots and annual plans
A paid pilot is refundable pro rata if Shovelready cannot deliver the agreed scope; otherwise it is non-refundable once begun. Annual and enterprise arrangements follow their signed order form or written agreement.
Requesting a refund
Email ryan@getshovelready.net with the receipt and a short description of what went wrong. We aim to respond within three business days. Please contact us before starting a chargeback so we have a chance to resolve the issue faster.
