Who this policy is with

This policy covers purchases from Shovelready, operated by Shovelready Technologies Inc. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Advisory & Liability Notice.

The free trial

Cancel a region subscription at any time during its 7-day free trial and no payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund. If the trial ends and you are charged when you had already cancelled, email us with the receipt and we will refund it in full.

Region subscriptions

A monthly region subscription, for one region or both, may be cancelled at any time. Access continues through the billing period you have already paid for; partial-month refunds are not normally provided. If you were charged after cancelling, or a technical failure materially blocked access to a region you paid for, contact us and we will investigate.

A subscription covers site access to the region or regions it names. It does not include reports, so cancelling it does not affect reports you have already bought — those remain yours.

Reports

A purchased report is refundable in full if you cancel before it is generated, or if we cannot deliver because the analysis fails, is materially incomplete, or the parcel or municipality is unsupported. Once a completed report has been generated and delivered, the purchase is generally non-refundable. Submit a request within seven days of purchase.

Enterprise agreements

Arrangements covering multiple users, more than one region, or volume report pricing follow their signed order form or written agreement, which governs in place of this page.

Requesting a refund

Email ryan@getshovelready.net with the receipt and a short description of what went wrong. We aim to respond within three business days. Please contact us before starting a chargeback so we have a chance to resolve the issue faster.
